Cancellation is permitted with 50% refund up to 7 days before batch commencement.
Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will receive a 25% refund.
No refund will be made if cancellation is made for cancellations within 72 hours.
In special circumstances, refunds may be considered as a store credit.
